Spring has Sprung

Upon walking out onto my back porch, I was frightened by the flight of a morning dove. After figuring out where she flew from, I found this.



I have an antique watering can with an arrangement of silk and dried flowers hanging from my porch. She has made her nest there.

For some reason, her, and the ground finch have found their home on my open back porch.

I wonder if it is because of the home made log feeder full of home made fresh suit is the reason.
